As the owner of a Managed Service Provider (MSP), we get caught up in the day-to-day operations and it is hard to keep a focus on the bigger picture-growing our business.
We have joined an Advisory Board that meets together in person at least four times a year. This is a group of MSP/IT leaders from around the US that are growing their businesses and keeping abreast of new technologies. It brings together a variety of viewpoints, technical knowledge, experiences, and willingness to share ideas for every member of the advisory board.
These meetings and group sharing, provide a transformative environment for collaboration along with personal and professional growth. It gives us the avenue to engage in conversation, with IT industry peers, share insight and experiences, and get better together. These meetings are focused on topics in areas including leadership, management, sales and marketing, vendors, technologies, needs of our clients such as security and Office 365, and more.
